Klš§e
Klš§e (German cuisine) are dumplings made from mashed potatoes (then called Kartoffelknšdel) or dried bread with milk and egg yolks and cooked like pasta (called Semmelknšdel). Served instead of potatoes. In Bavaria and Austria they are called Knšdel.
